Thank you for booking with Mini Swim Stars, please see below for our Terms & Conditions:

Your booking is not confirmed until payment has been received.

Each time we come to the end of a swim term your space will be reserved and rolled over to the new term automatically unless you advise us to cancel, If you have decided not to renew please do let us know at your earliest convenience. Payment for the new term is required 1 week prior to the new term starting. If payment has not been received the space will automatically be released.

Mini Swim Stars or any of their staff are not responsible for any loss of belongings or injury.

You must declare all medical conditions during registration and keep us up-to-date should this change by logging into your account and updating the medical information. This allows us to ensure we best cater to your childs needs

Photography is not allowed unless you have permission. If a parent or guardian would like to take pictures please speak to the teacher prior to class so that they can confirm with the whole class if they are happy for pictures to be taken. If we are unable to give permission we will create a "safe space" for a few pictures and then the camera will need to be put away.

You must refrain from bringing your child to class if they have had any form of illness within 48 hours of the class.

We don't issue refunds for missed sessions unless we have cancelled the class. In the event of Mini Swim Stars cancelling a lesson we will try to schedule a make up session where possible, issue a credit to your account or a refund if necessary.

Bookings can not be cancelled and are non refundable.

We do not allow food or talcum powder in the changing rooms or on poolside.

Due to having 3 dedicated parking spaces please arrive "Swim Ready" no more than 5 minutes prior to your class beginning and only park to the right hand side of the driveway. We also need swimmers to have something quick and easy to change into after class and to leave site withing 8 minutes of their lesson ending. This will allow each class to have a parking space available when they arrive.
